I’m A 25 Year Old Male And I Have Slight
Question: I’m a 25 year old male and I have slight pain in the dorsal part of my penis that has lasted for over 2 months. It initially got injured while urinating in the morning. I pulled it out of my underwear and accidentally hooked a finger on a vein or something on the side of the proximal portion.
I overstretched or pulled something and felt instant sharp pain. But the pain is in the dorsal and more distal part of the penis and not where my finger was when I pulled on something. There was no swelling or bruising. The pain is felt when rolling a finger over one location on the penis.
It has persisted over two months and the base doctor said he didn’t know what it was so he just gave me an anti inflammatory which didn’t help.
Any help knowing what this is and how to heal it would be appreciated.

Based on the facts that you have posted the pain on dorsal side of penis that you have is mostly due to trivial injury to a small vein a branch of lateral superficial vein of penis however diagnosis can be confirmed only of clinical examination in person or vewing photograph of the penis precisely the site of pain .
