Is There Any Side Effect Of Masturbation?

Posted on Fri, 25 Oct 2013
Question: I need help on getting a referral to ask somebody on my question.

My question is I need recommendation for something I can buy, maybe just natural stuff that's all I need, which that can "aid" me in my journey to quit or stop masturbate.

The urologist on this site told me that I can ask you to refer maybe somebody you know of that can help me on this.

I've truthfully seen and know for a fact that there are over the counter that have the effect, but over the counter doesn't work well, and I actually have a juice vegetable recipe that can "help me to stop masturbate", but because one of that recipe's ingredient is not sold in the United States, but are sold in my country and other mostly Asia countries, therefore that recipe is useless to use here in the United States.

My point is I truthfully seen and know for a fact that over the counter or just natural stuff can "aid" me in stop masturbate like for example I have a fruit vegetable recipe, but like I said, my recipe's ingredient is not available in the United States, that's why I know somebody could help me recommend something, but so far as all of the questions that I asked, no body had helped me in that yet. But, I truthfully knows there's something like that because come on, it's common since we all grow up from as of a child, of course we've ran into something like that, they cannot lie and say no in front of my face like that.

I need help on referral on somebody who can help me with that in this site. (Note that this is like I'm sure that there are millions or more families in this whole world who have "family recipes" that can "aid" kids or adults stop masturbate, so it is impossible for them to lie and say that no such things exist, come on.)

Thank you,
Sincerly,

Brief Answer:
Masturbation is not an illness.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for your query.
I appreciate your efforts for medical consultation in so much distress.

This is a common problem faced by man due to ignorance or due to non availability of sex education.

Masturbation is a normal physiological activity done to relieve sexual desire by many young people. Many times those who are not aware of it discuss it with their peer group who are equally unaware of this, and the problem is compounded by immature discussion among the peers, from net and non scientific megazines. Therefore, please do not worry about it at all.

Some people have many wrong ideas about masturbation - that it causes ill effects on health like nervous weakness, reduced energy, etc or sexual problems like impotence in the future. All this is not true and these are just myths and misconceptions.

This used to automatically reduce once you get married and start having normal sexual life. You may note that even married persons also go for masturbation at times without any ill effect.

Any physiological activity should not be considered as abnormal, otherwise, you will land up in anxiety due to this thought. So, divert your attention more towards your work, whatever you do, and consider masturbation as a normal routine activity in one's reproductive life.

Any normal thing do not require treatment. Sometime excessive masturbation may be due to both informative and helpful for you. In case of any doubt, I will be available for follow ups.
Wish you good health.
Regards,

The word to use here is "sooth". The sentence I use is "I need something that can sooth me".

For example, I have a vegetable juice recipe that I got from Taiwan, which that vegetable juice recipe can sooth me. But, the reason I have this problem in the first place is that one of my vegetable juice recipe's ingredient is not sold here in the United States and that ingredient is only mostly sold in Taiwan or mostly in Asia countries. Therefore although my vegetable fruit juice recipe, which I have, can sooth me, then that recipe is useless here in the United States because one of its ingredient is not sold here in the United States.

If my vegetable fruit juice recipe can sooth me, then it won't make me anxious because that's what "sooth" means, which it "sooth" you, it doesn't make you anxious.

Therefore I do not need to be forced to take something psychiatric medicine to sooth me because like a said, I do have I do know that a vegetable fruit juice recipe in my possession that can sooth me, I do not need and I do not need to be forced to take something psychiatric medicine to sooth me. But, the problem like I said is that one of the the ingredient of my vegetable fruit juice recipe in my possession is not sold in the United States, and that's why I have this problem in the first place. That's why I need recommendation for something else probably natural. That's the point.

I do not need psychiatric medicine to sooth me because again, like I mentioned above, something else natural can sooth me. Like I mentioned above, the vegetable fruit juice recipe that can sooth me that I have in my possession, happen to include an ingredient that is not sold here in the United States, which means therefore my recipe that I have, I cannot use it here in the United States.

I want to point out that I'm sure that there are millions or more families in this whole world who have family recipes that is equivalent to the recipe that I mentioned that I have, which they use those to sooth their own children or their own other adult family members, and this is something that's both I and you cannot deny.

Sooth is the word to use. I just made the point that I just made. That's why I need recommendation in the first place of.
