Brief Answer:
Bleed per rectum

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

If its fresh blood ( per rectum) at the 3rd week post op then its unlikely to be related to the procedure.

The most likely cause , based on your description is hard stool causing local erosion of the anal mucosa.

Wash the area with cold water. Apply posterisone forte and mycitracin gel. Most likely, it will resolve in a day or two.

Stool for occult blood after resolution of the bleed and a digital rectal exam should be done on routine visit later , just to be on the safe side.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
