Is Pregnancy Possible Through Non-penetrative Sexual Activity?

Question: Hi, around day 14 of my cycle I was with a male partner who rubbed his genital against mine and although there was no penetration and he did not ejaculate, I saw precum on my thigh. I am worried that by inserting his finger in my vaginal canal that somehow precum could have gotten in. I took the My Way morning after pill about 36 hours later when I freaked out. I am especially worried because according to the ovulation calculator I did online, I may have been ovulating that day. How likely could I get pregnant?
