Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Taking Postinor-2?

Question: Hi, i had unprotected sex with my girlfriend on 5 Aug and i ejaculated inside her. The next day she took postinor 2. Yesterday, 13 Aug she complained of vaginal bleeding but lighter than a period and also highlighted that she has cramps. We went to a clinic to do a pregnancy urine test and the result was negative. May i know if this bleeding is withdrawal bleeding due to postinor 2 or implantation bleeding? Kind advice from professionals is greatly appreciated.

Postinor taken within 24 hours of unprotected sex is 95% effective in preventing pregnancy. Therefore the bleeding she is having seems most likely to be withdrawal bleeding.

There is an extremely slim possibility of this bleeding being implantation bleeding. So if the bleeding remains light repeat pregnancy test on 19th.

Now she is saying her bleeding is getting thicker, like the period kind. What does this imply?

And how to distinguish between withdrawal bleeding and implantation bleeding? Thank you!
