Brief Answer:
Please refer to the detailed answer below

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Mild occasional pain in abdomen is common and it mostly happens due to uterine muscle stretching or abdominal muscle twitching as weight increase with progression of pregnancy.

If this discomfort remains occasional n mild without any other associated symptoms like increase in blood pressure, decreased activity of the baby, spotting or sudden increase in the intensity of pain then there is nothing to worry.

However I would strongly recommend you to consult your treating gynaecologist personally for proper physical examination.

I hope this information will guide you properly
