Question: my 15 yr old asthmatic daughter had a bad attack tonight during basketball practice. it's 3 hours later and she's still having pain/richness in her chest. wondering if I should take her to ER

In my opinion, you should definitely take her to emergency room.
I think she will need Nebulization of levosalbutamol and ipratropium bromide. This will give immediate relief.
She might also need Intravenous steroid (Hydrocortisone) for faster relief.
Chest x ray is also indicated if respiratory examination reveals crepitations or extensive wheezing.
All these things are available in emergency room.
So better to take her to emergency room.
