Brief Answer:

Knee replacement not with this report.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I have gone through MRI report and it shows marginal Osteophytic lesions only and not gross osteoarthritis. There are all changes s/o degenerative disease.

In my practice, I would start her on mild pain killers and Quadriceps exercises. I would not recommend knee replacement at this stage.

If pain persists then I would like to infiltrate the knee joint with biologics like PRP.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
