Brief Answer: XXXXXXX Kindly explore all your acne treatment options here...

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

I always treat people complaining about acne like this:

1. Solodyn is a very good antibiotic that is taken for acne rosacea, that has caused some damage.

2. Since you say that your brother has used this successfully, there is a greater chance that you will achieve the desired result because of something called as
"genes". These "genes" are shared with your brothers "DNA". So, what worked for him will work for you too.

3. You must always use Solodyn with a gel called as Benzoyl Peroxide. This is the center of the treatment for any acne outbreak and must be used consistently and with great care and discipline. This always gives very positive results.

4. If Solodyn does not work for you, then I suggest using either Clindamycin or Erythromycin along with the Benzoyl peroxide gel.

5. XXXXXXX note that all treatments for acne, usually take a minimum of 4 weeks to 3 months of repeated use to show very satisfying effects. So, you have to be patient, and keep using the medication.

Other very good treatments for acne are:

1. "Tretinoin" is a very good option, it is called Retin-A. You have a good choice of using a cream, liquid or gel. Since Tretinoin increases the skins exposure and vulnerability to sunlight, it must be used with a sunscreen. SPF 30 brands are very good for you. This is applied directly on the face.

2. You can use Salicylic acid washes for clearing the Comedones from your face. This is very effective with the above drug.

3. Diet tips. Typically, i would advise you to stop eating bagels, oily chips and bread. Chocolate also causes acne to become worse.

4. Isotretinoin is also a good option. This is a medication taken by mouth. This takes longer to work, than the above treatments.

Finally, all these treatments are medications for your acne, they cost less money, there are other treatments like steroid injections, chemical peels, blue light therapy and extraction of blackheads by dermatologists. Also, note that these treatments cost more than just using medications. I can provide you further details if you really wish so, and since your brother achieved perfect results with Solodyn Plus Benzoyl Peroxide Gel, don't you think it's a better option right now?

If you feel that you have damage due to acne then you must try chemical peels, these are cost effective and are like Salicylic acid washes. The next thing you can do is to get a "Filler" treatment for the damaged parts of the skin, you can undergo "Laser resurfacing" of your skin too. However all these treatments take a long time, sessions and for now, I would ask my patients with damage to do a "chemical peel". This has minimum side effects and gets the best results for your money.

Brief Answer:
Yes! XXXX! This is the total solution for your medicine supplies.

Detailed Answer:
Cool XXXXXXX

Look, I'll tell you that I could have made a couple of greenbacks off you.
But, I want you to get the best treatment at the best deal. I know many websites that sell, these medicines online. Most of them will deliver the stuff at your doorstep. The catch? They don't fill the cream tubes with real medication, they fill them with industrial chemicals like hydroquinone that can harm you badly and even cause cancer. Also you do not get the desired benefits.

So what should you do?

Easy. This Benzoyl Peroxide cream that is the center of the center of your skin treatment is called these names in the US.

Acne-Clear, Benzac AC, BenzEFoam, BenzePro, Benziq, Benzoyl Peroxide, Brevoxyl Acne Wash Kit, Clearskin, Desquam-X Wash, Fostex Wash 10%, Inova, NeoBenz Micro, Neutrogena Acne Mask, Oscion, Oxy Daily Wash, Oxy-10, Pacnex, PanOxyl, Persa-Gel, PR Benzoyl Peroxide Wash and Riax.

Look XXXXXXX This medication is available without prescription to you in most US states of the union.

Now, XXXXXXX just go to your local drug store and ask for any one of the above brands, pay a couple of nickels and get the medicated cream. It's that simple.

1. Never buy food or medicines online.
2. Never buy from another country.

Enjoy your new healthy skin tone.
Have fun,
Regards,
Dr. Neel Kudchadkar.

Dr. Kudchadkar,

What about the solodyn pills how can I get those cheap? Also what dosage should i use? Like 25mg, 45mg

Answered by Dr. Neel Kudchadkar (1 hour later)
Brief Answer:
This is how to get "cheap" solodyn.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

1. Solodyn Pills, are available over the counter, without prescription. If not, then it depends on which state you live in. The "solodyn" name is a brand name. We know different hotels that cost more because of their brand names. Just like that there are other brand names of Solodyn like Dynacin, Minocin, Minocin PAC and Myrac.

You can find these brands cheaper. Go to your drugstore and ask for any of these.

It's safe. It's cheap. It's legal.

Take 45mg. Take it with food. It may cause stomach ills otherwise.

Regards,
Be happy.

Okay I got the gel for 26 USD but the generic solodyn is still an antibiotic so I need a prescription from doctor. I think I might be able to get 30 solodyn pills, 4 each pill for a total of $120 from some family friend pharmacist...how often should I apply gel to my face?

Answered by Dr. Neel Kudchadkar (20 hours later)
Brief Answer:
Apply the gel twice a day for best results. It'll be OK.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

Apply the gel twice a day with a 12 hour gap.
