No level of alcohol is considered safe for a baby. Brandy contains 35-60 % alcohol by volume. Although 2-3 drops of brandy does not contain much alcohol, it is still not recommended. On frequent use, it could give rise to impaired motor development, changes in sleep patterns, decrease in intake of feeds, and risk of sudden fall in blood sugar to risky levels.
