Brief Answer:
You can eat XXXXXXX food.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns today.

You can definitely eat XXXXXXX food. It is safe.
Not all XXXXXXX food is spicy. Only some foods are spicy. You can eat spicy food if you are used to eating it.
Usually during early pregnancy women suffer from nausea, vomiting and heart burn. Spicy foods can exaggerate these symptoms. So it is better to cut down on spicy foods in the first 3-4 months of pregnancy. However you can definitely eat mild spicy food. It is safe.
I hope this helps. If you have further queries, I will be happy to answer.
