Question: Is it normal to have a blood vessel showing on the caruncle. That eye has been irritated for years. I’ve had it looked at several times. I have dry eye and do drops, eye wash, and eye heat masks. I’ve never noticed the blood vessel tho until this last year and it’s just more noticeable. It goes across the caruncle.
