Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Welcome and thank you for asking.

I passed carefully through your question and would explain that it is quite normal to have a lower heart rate in active or sport persons like you.

As long as you have no symptoms like shortness of breath, fainting or chronic fatigue, there is nothing to worry about!

Anyway, I would like to directly review your ECG report, if you can upload it, so I can give a more professional opinion.

I would also recommend performing a cardiac ultrasound to examine your heart function and structure.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

I remain at your disposal for any further questions whenever you need!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri

Brief Answer:
Please, could you try to upload your tests again?

Detailed Answer:
Hello again!

I have been waiting for the uploaded images, but nothing appears on the system yet.

Please could you try again to upload them again here on HCM!

Regarding Holter test, it could be helpful to review your heart rate trends during the day-night period; the average heart rate and possible cardiac conductance abnormalities if any of them is present.

Nevertheless, as far as you are clinically asymptomatic (physically active without any specific complaints) you shouldn't worry too much about.

I remain at your disposal for further discussions after you upload your test imagines.

Regards,

Dr. Iliri
