Brief Answer:
Can be taken in either ways

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
They can be taken togetherly in the morning as well 30 min to 1 hr apart. However, it's better to take them in divided doses one at morning and other at evening in order to get even bp control. So overall, both options are available, but divided option is preferable. Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.
