Question: head & neck squamous cell carcinoma with perineural invasion...6 weeks combined chemo & radiation after 2 mohs, left infraorbital nerve resection and tumor removal from tissue & bone on left cheek 2015-2018...nasal passages full of dark crusty mucous...c & r treatments ended mid-february...end of march heart attack/open heart quadruple bypass...

now noticing intense!y increased numbness over left cheek and cannot close left eye...do not feel hard tumor...more like a wave of nerves gone wrong...is spread of numbness indicative of cancer spread?
