Question: Hi,

Lately I have been laughing too much and crying for litlle reasons ...once I start laughing I can't control it ,even when I am with my friends I start laughing unknowingly and then I can't control it .one of my friends said that I may have PBA disorder .Whom should I consult to get it diagnosed ?
