Brief Answer:
Should get yourself checked for pre eclampsia and excessive blood thinning.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Have seen your details and i appreciate your concerns,
As per your query presence of blood with vomitus should always be taken seriously. However number of episodes of bleeding and the amount of blood lost per episode decides the severity of issue.
However as you are pregnant have you got your blood pressure checked up. Pre eclampsia is a condition during pregnancy where nausea and vomiting is recurrent along with elevated blood pressure.
Secondly the blood thinner you are on due to AF might change the PT/INR of blood which may be responsible for bleed.
Initially i would suggest you to go for a lab test to check-
PT/INR
A blood pressure check up.

If both these tests are normal.
Anti emetic like Zofran can be taken as and when required and most likely the blood was due to mild tear in mucosa of throat.
However to be on safe side these two basic test suggested above should be done.
Hope i was helpful.
Warm regards.
