Is Frequent Urination A Cause For Concern?

default
Posted on Tue, 21 Jun 2016
Question: Hello. I am a bit worried about how frequently i go to the toilet. I drink a lot of water during the day. At least 3-4 liters. In most of the times my urine is clear, but i go like every few hours and perhaps 2 times during the night. Should i see a doctor? When should i consider it to often? I do have to say it's been like this for many years. Thanks.

Brief Answer:
It is too often but not worryng

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
This is too frequent but a ill not something critical if there is no blossom in urine or pain . However it may indicate sensitive bladder or some hormonal imbalances and if that makes problems to you,you should see urologist and some specific tests may be required and possible treatment may.be required with medical. Also, you can reduce water intake to 2 liters and see will it improve.Wish you good health.
