Is Doppler Scan Advisable During 30th Week Of Pregnancy?

Question: My Wife is Pregnant for about 28-30 weeks. Please let me know when can a Doppler scan be taken (during which weeks). I heard that a Doppler scan can be taken between 28-32 weeks.

We have some personal commitment and want to postpone this scan for a week or two. Please advise.
