Brief Answer:
No it's not normal, go to ER for urgent medical consultations

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concern.

To answer your question, No, it is not normal to cough out blood. Any source of bleeding is suspected taking into account that you are currently taking Xarelto.

I advise to go to ER and show the blood for immediate evaluation and treatment.

All the best!
