Is Consumption Of Soup With Melted Plastic Piece Safe?

Question: I have just cooked some soup in the pressure cooker. When I was opened the cooker I noticed a large piece of twisted melted plastic in the soup that must have had the meat wrapped in it originally. Can I eat the soup ?
