Question: I recently test my blood pressure. It was 107/79. Also I was just weighted, I'm 275 lbs. My height is 5'11". What can I do to get my blood pressure and weight down?

Hello,

There are two important components:
The first one is diet: I would advise you to eat with small portions and frequently. Chew slowly, it will help digestion and prevent from eating too much. Avoid junk food and soda. Avoid sweats and pastry. Avoid carbohydrates after 6 pm, eat diary in the evening, if you are hungry. Drink much water, but don't drink any liquid during the meal.
Second one is exercising, as only with dieting you can't be healthy and lose weight.
I would advise you exercise regularly, walk, jogging, swimming or other sports if you have favorite one.
And the most important thing is o be patient, losing weight is a long process, and if one decides to lose weight, it means that he changes his lifestyle. Remember, the best way to lose weight is to lose it gradually. So, go ahead!
