Brief Answer:
Air travel is safe in pregnancy after 12 weeks of gestation.

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Air travel is safe in pregnancy after 12 weeks of gestation. However, if the travel is unavoidable, then you should get a ultrasound prior to the travelling to assess the site of the placenta. If the placenta is not low lying, then you can travel by air.
Low lying placenta or placenta covering the cervical os has high risk of bleeding, hence journey is completely avoided.
Hope you found the answer helpful. Please do get back for further queries.
Wishing you both good health.
