Brief Answer:
Chlorthalidone dosage

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Having extra chlorthalidone will not affect ECG, but here you need to monitor BP. As this being antihypertensive, her BP may go down with extra dose, so if you have electronic BP apparatus then you should monitor her BP frequently.

Symptoms of low bp include excessive weakness, dizziness, sleepiness. So in case her BP goes down then you may give her coffee or salt sugar water to raise the BP at home and should take her to the hospital for saline.

Although, less likely to cause significant electrolyte imbalance with single dose, it's better to get her sodium and potassium level tested as well.

Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.
