Question: Is a demetia screening test with 100 percent specificity diagnostic? the test is called the 6cit cognitive impairment test.

Although it is true that 6 CIT have high specificity but it is not diagnostic of dementia. As the name suggests it is screening tool to segregate the vulnerable population from normal population.
