Is Speman Forte Advisable For Prostrate Enlargement?

Question: I am suffering from enlargement of prostrate for which doctor suggested me Himalaya spemen forte, I am also suffering from diabetes. My age is 56 years. I tried my best but I am not able to get it in the market, even at Himalaya store at XXXXXXX Bagh XXXXXXX The store incharge told me that the company has stopped this medicine. Please suggest me if the medicine is good for me or not, if yes, where can I get it and, if no, suggest me the alternative.
