Is Benzoyl Peroxide Effective At Treating Body Acne?
Question: I am 26 years old. I've been having body acne issues since last 7-8 years.They have become less severe now than before but problem is still there as few of them are always there. I have majority of them on my back. I workout daily and take shower afterwards.
I have noticed that whenever I sweat a lot(trekking or music concerts) and can't take shower afterwards, they pop up a lot for next few days.

I had used a lot of benzoyl peroxide gels for many months but it didn't work quite well. Although I did see okay kind of results, then stopped using them 2 years back.
If you could recommend me some specific Benzoyl peroxide gel and shower gel so that I can purchase, I'd very much appreciate that.
Or,Is there any other way to face this issue?

For resistant back acne, the only other option is oral isotretinoin.
It is a prescription medication. The duration of treatment is usually a few months and for a reasonable chance of cure the total dose of isotretinoin that is normally recommended is 120-140 mg/kg.
This, of course can be combined with topical benzoyl peroxide gel/body wash.
