Brief Answer:
It's fine...

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

It's fine as per your age. Less than or equal to 140/90 mmHg is fine. Anyway, keep on monitoring your bp and have a low salt diet, regular exercises. Persistently more than 140/90 mmHg needs treatment with low dose antihypertensive.

Hope I have answered your query.
