Hi
Welcome to XXXXXXX

You haven't provided the exact details of the swollen glands and their location so it is requested to kindly mention their site.

As for as the glands swelling is concerned, they mainly swells due inflammation or infection of any origin. If the injury was severe enough to lead access of infectious organism to the glands like open injuries can make the gland swell otherwise there is no relation of the glands swelling with the head trauma.

If you still have some query, feel free to ask
