Brief Answer:
This BP is normal...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
This BP is normal, though the lower reading (diastolic) is borderline, it is still considered normal. So you need not be overly worried. Repeat BP again on another day at another time during the week.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Hi doctor,
My BP has been varying between 128-134/95-100 since yesterday. Right now is 133/100. Is there any way I could bring this down?
Normally I have a low BP problem and this is new. Please let me know.

Brief Answer:
Repeating BP on three different occasions...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Your BP is in the upper limit of normal. It can be considered as prehypertensive state. I will suggest repeating BP on three different occasion of a week.
In the meanwhile, you need a low salt diet and physical exercise. It will benefit you. Based on repeat BP readings, I would consider starting a small dose of antihypertensive medicines.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.
