If you poop and when you whip you see blood

Question: If you poop and when you whip you see blood and a little mixed in your poop not hard it was soft. Then you go again later like 40 minutes and you go this time dripping blood and when you whip. This only has happened twice and never has happened before. I am a little scared. But the bleeding does not countinue only when pooping

No, it does not hurt. I do jot have any history of this issue

The commonest cause is hemorrhoids.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Consult your Doctor/ General Surgeon to get proper examination and ano-proctoscopy done to get the exact diagnosis so that proper management can be done and any additional investigations done if needed.

Please give feedback once it is done.
Since the stools are not hard, there is no need of any stool softener or laxative.
