Brief Answer:
Probably migraine or tension type headache.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
The symptoms seem to be related to a tension type headache or migraine.
They don't seem to be related to the fight episode.
I suggest using an anti inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen to relieve the pain.
If the symptoms continue, you should consult a neurologist for further evaluation and specific treatment.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Kind regards!
