Question: I used a regular phone today without thinking didn’t sanitize it first. I had a mask on and the mouthpiece didn’t touch my mask but the ear piece touched my ear. Could this expose me to covid?

I don't think this can be dangerous about covid19 infection since you used a mask and didn't touch the mask with mouthpiece.
Go home and have a shower since the earpiece touched the ear.
