Question: I think I have a hemorrhoid on the out side of my anus .had it for two weeks ..got worst last night..should I go to medac or er.i tried tucks for a week and started preparation h yesterday..i just started new job and hate to miss work during my first 90 days..but if I have to so be it...

I can feel it it is soft..i tried to push it back with some luck but didn't know how much pressure or how deep to push .nowit has some pain and feels a little bit bigger.stools have been soft..i had a bad cough 2 weeks ago so bad it bent me over .I could feel my anus twich when I cough..thats when the mass came about.started coughing a little bit yesterday and I have feel pain on mass when I coughed there is no pain when passing stool..no bleeding

This looks to be prolapsing hemorrhoid.
Please try to push it back after applying Preparation H ointment as you have it.
It will remain inside only if the coughing is controlled with appropriate medications under your Doctor's evaluation and prescription as coughing has stayed long enough.
You can go to your Doctor if can see him/her today, otherwise to ER; they can help you to reduce the mass if not possible by you.
Once settled, consult a Proctologist or a General Surgeon for proper evaluation of the condition and proper curative treatment.
