Brief Answer:
Maybe due to STI, require further evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and here is my advice.

Usually, Bumps in the genital area are caused due to STI. In your case, it'll require further evaluation so kindly follow up with a bit more information.

Let me know do you have any itching, discharge, redness, burning in urine, pain, fever?

Yes, kindly upload/attach the photos here so that I can review it in a more accurate way.

Till then, in case of pain, you can take Tab Acetaminophen every 8 hourly. In case of itching, you can take Tab Loratidine 10 mg once a day, can apply hydrocortisone gel locally after detailed medical examination and physician consultation.

I hope I have answered your query, let me know if I can assist you further...

Regards,
Dr. Shyam XXXXXXX

Hello, I uploaded the photos to the “Reports” section. Wasn’t sure where to upload them to. As far as symptoms go, I’m having none. I’m worried it might be HPV. Is there any medication or things I can do to get rid of these bumps?

Appreciate your expertise.

Brief Answer:
Please see detailed answer below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for your reply. I have reviewed attached images.

Based on your history and images that I see, it seems like genital warts to me. Yes, it could be related to HPV infection. I will recommend you visit your doctor for a detailed examination under broad light. If it is from HPV infection, you will be treated with podofilox 0.5% solution.

Other surgical treatment options like cryotherapy or electrocautery are also available. Maintain proper hygiene.

Let me know I can assist you further... Thank you.

Regards,
Dr Shyam Kale
