I would like to get answer for few questions for getting more information about your problem.
Your age,any other medical problem,any other medicines are you taking?
Since how long you are suffering from noise in right ear?
Any history of ear pain/ear discharge/ear blockage/reduced hearing/giddiness/self cleaning of ear/history of exposure to loud noise/history of using head phones continuously or watching
television in a loud noise/any history of nasal cold infection.

Is the ringing sound continuous/intermittent,sound intensity:loud/medium/low,is it troubling to sleep,is the sound recognised more when there is silence.
