Brief Answer:
not dangerously high

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The triglycerides is above what we would like it to be. A value of 200 to 499 is generally considered to be high.

Very high triglycerides can be problem but this does not usually occur at this value.Symptoms do not usually occur unless values are greater than 1000.

The symptoms that can occur with high triglycerides are: pain in the stomach, chest, nausea, vomiting, shortness of breath, cholesterol growths in the eyes

Reduction in cholesterol can be done with lifestyle measure and medication if needed.
Lifestyle involves diet changes and exercise

At least 150 mins of activity daily is recommended. This can be spit into 5 episodes of 30 mins. If this is too much initially, can start low and slow and increase

In terms of diet- high fiber diet with fruits, vegetables and whole grain

Reduction in carbs has been shown to be really good to lower triglycerides.- Sodas, rice, potatoes, desserts , pasta etc
Not elimination but the veg and fruits should be half of the plate and the carbs and protein together make up the rest

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
