Brief Answer:
Get evaluated and examined by a rheumatologist or immunologist

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.

The attached reports mention fracture of D7 vertebrae. The D 12 on x-ray cannot be surely commented without actual images.

Another finding in new MRI is sacroiliitis which can cause pain in hip, buttocks and lower back region.

I think your present aggravated state is due to sacroiliitis.
You should visit a Rheumatologist or Immunologist for evaluation and management on these lines.

Hope you found the answer helpful.
