Brief Answer:
Get an EKG and give feedback...

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short.
Please give additional information for me to assist you better:
Your age and gender please.
Since when is the pain?
Any radiation to neck, upper abdomen, back or to left arm?
Any other associated symptoms like sweating, fainting or so?

Whether the pain on the left side of chest be mild or anything, it is best to rule out any cardiac issues at first. Get an EKG/ECG done and cardiac check asap, preferably now.

Clinical examination will show whether this is muscular, costochondritis or so and be treated accordingly.

I hope this answer helps you.
Please get an EKG and give feedback,

Dr T Chandrakant.
