Inview of cough and sore throat I would recommend warm salt water or betadine mouth gargle 3 to 4 times per day. You could take corex dx syrup incase of severe cough around 10ml. Incase you develop fever or symptoms last more than 3 days you would be requiring antibiotic. Kindly reach out.
