Brief Answer:
It could be a round ligament pain

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
The most common cause for these second trimester pain is round ligament pain.
The round ligament is a muscle that supports the uterus, and when it stretches, you may feel a sharp, stabbing pain, or a dull ache in your lower abdomen,
We have to rule out other causes like renal or ureteric colic also. Spine related causes like prolapsed disc and nerve compression can also cause similar symptoms.
As of now you can take analgesics like cyclopam for pain relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult a gynaecologist and plan for an ultrasound scan.
Wishing all the best.
Thanks
