Question: I have severe pain in my foot in the area shown in the photos as well as I attached the x ray I took today.

There is swelling also and difficulty in walking because of the severe pain since 3 days ago. I didn't do anything that resulted in such pain

Please advice

I could not open the attached reports. It is best if you attach these reports again. The pain in the foot without any history of injury can be due to raised levels of uric acid. You can get your blood levels of uric acid checked and start with mild pain killers. Doing a hot compress and avoiding bearing weight on the foot will help.
