Question: I have recently went to a Primary Doctor for the first time for my annual visit. I did not realize at the time I was Covid positive. My blood tests came back with the following issues. Vitamin D3 was below 10. My Ana screen IFA was positive. Ana titer was 1:160 high, Ana pattern was nuclear speckled, DNA, Sm, Rna, CHROMATIN (NUCLEOSOMAL) were negative, HEPATITIS B SURFACE ANTIGEN was negative, HCV RNA, QUANTITATIVE REAL TIME PCR was not performed, smooth muscle AB screen was positive, smooth muscle ab was positive. WBC ESTERASE and nitrates were positive in urine test. Alt was elevated 69, all of the above nests have never been abnormal before. Feeling extremely tired and muscles and joints off and on start hurting for no reason.

Brief Answer:
Due to covid infection

Detailed Answer:
Dear Ma’am, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns but acute covid infection can lead to a rise in Anti nuclear antibodies (ANA) and Anti smooth muscles antibodies in the smooth muscle AB screen.. So I would recommend that you repeat these tests after 1-2 months after complete resolution of the Covid infection..
As for the vitamin D3 level, which is very low, you should take vitamin d supplements..
The tiredness and muscle pain could be either symptoms of Covid infection or vitamin D deficiency and shall resolve gradually. I hope you find this helpful
