Question: I have one daughter
She is 5 years old still now o have no second baby
Now I am trying to another baby but but I am consult one doctor in my city he is told your sperm count is 60 % how to recover 100% sperm count
Which medicine gives 100% improve my sperm count

Hi,

There are supplements that contain micronutrient and antioxidants such as tab oligocare. It can be used to improve general sperm count. But if sperm counts are critically low (under 20 million) and if you are planning a pregnancy, then clomiphene (tab clomid) is used to improve sperm count.
