I Have Breast Uplift Scars Which I Need An Opinion

Question: I have breast uplift scars which I need an opinion on. I feel they shouldn’t be this big. They are then around the nipple which is fine. But below the breast they are wide and bumpy. What can I do to reduce the scars? Are they abnormally bad scars? How can I fix it?
