Brief Answer:
Any wheezing?

Detailed Answer:
HI and thanks for this query.

I have reviewed your information fully. Clearly, this has nothing to do with the heart given your age. However, am concerned this could be related to asthma. For that, I will like to know if you have breathing issues including wheezing. also, have you ever been diagnosed of asthma in the past? If yes, this may be an exacerbation especially with the changing weather at this time.

I hope this guides and helps. I wish you well. Feel free to follow up with me.

Never been diagnosed with asthma before. Because there is slight tightness in the chest, so sometimes I do need to take a deep breath. But there is no wheezing.
