Brief Answer:
Splints help

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I am sorry for the situation you are in.
If you are short of money to treat pain, I think the best way is to rest the painful joints. If you have an option not to work and the state pays your expenses, please rest the joints completely till the pain reduces.
If you have to work, splinting all the painful joints and learning otherways to use the joints during the work can be helpful.
Splint is more like a brace but would avoid painful joint movements.
There are few injections given in the painful joints and they work for few months and can be repeated. You may ask your doctor about this.
Note: For further queries, consult a joint and bone specialist, an Orthopaedic surgeon. Book a Call now.
