Question: I have an issue with my testicles. I have these pimple like bumps on my testicles that discharge a white substances when squeezed. There are cluster of them all over my testicles. I've had them for years and I've been embarrassed to ask my own doctor. I would like to know what they are and how to treat for it.

Oh okay then are there any preventative measures I can do? Plus I am curious on how you get them removed surgically because the cysts are very numerous and its not just one large big one? So what is the undergoes during the procedure exactly?
