Brief Answer:
It could be a Lipoma or Epigastric Hernia

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

As per your description, it could be a Lipoma i.e.collection of fat or Epigastric Hernia.
In Epigastric Hernia, there will be a defect/weakness in the abdominal wall through which Fat or Abdominal organs come and get presented as swelling.

An Ultrasound abdomen will point towards a specific diagnosis.

However, in both conditions, Surgery is the only management option.

Not to worry.
Please discuss this with your doctor and proceed further.

Hope I answered your query. If you have any more questions, I will clarify further.

Wish you good health
Regards
