Brief Answer:
Do you have scan results

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

Do you have more information from the scans? If it is adrenal masses on both sides, malignancy is unlikely. Their etiology can also be elucidated based on their appearance on CT scan, e.g. uptake of contrast, etc. What sort of cancer have you had?

Kind regards.

Brief Answer:
Metastases are unlikely

Detailed Answer:
Hi again,

Metastases are unlikely, especially if it is many years ago you had your cancers. However, it all depends on the appearance on the scans. Most cases of adrenal masses are perfectly benign and do not require any treatment.

Best wishes.
